Show Off Your Pumpkins

Brilliantly-carved jack-o’-lanterns will be lit up and on display at the second annual Jack O’Lantern Stroll at Weston Historical Society’s Coley Homestead on Sunday, October 24 from 2:00 to 5:00.

Hand-carve yours, register, drop it off that morning, and you may win one of the top three prizes. You will definitely get a free ticket to the stroll itself.

For everyone else, stroll tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children. Everyone enjoyed the first edition of the event. Just visit westonhistoricalsociety.org to buy tickets. Children two years old and younger are welcome for free.

To have your jack-o’-lantern on display and in the competition (winners of which will be decided by votes of strollers), sign up here.

There is no fee to enter your jack-o’-lantern, but please register by October 20. And, you really shouldn’t carve your pumpkin outside of 72 hours before the event. You want it to arrive fresh. Not all moldy and gross.

In the event of nasty weather, the nasty weather date is Saturday, October 30. Tickets already purchased will be accepted.
